Tenant Find Service

 

This is where we find and process a legitimate tenant for you, we will move the tenant in on a regular agreement, carry out the inventory and check the tenant out at the end.

We do not provide any management services in between check in and check out. You can upgrade to the full service later in the tenancy if you wish; in which case you will be charged our ‘Full Service’ fees from the commencement of the tenancy (ie: not from the time of the upgrade).

Tenant Processing & Property Management Service

This is where you find a tenant agree the rental and period terms, then hand them over to us to carry out the tenant referencing and validation to ensure you will get paid each month. We will also take care of the deposit payments and monthly rent etc.
